    The Planning & Housing Committee has endorsed & recommends to Council that Ottawa's tallest building be built at 829 Carling Avenue at Preston.
    The tower will be 50 storeys tall and contain 503 residential units, with ground floor retail
    This property is beside Dow's Lake Station
